Trusts

Requirements

  • Account services are available to Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts
  • All grantors or all beneficiaries of the trust must qualify for membership
  • Names of the Trust's beneficiaries must be provided
  • Tax ID must be provided (SSN or EIN)
  • Trustees must be able to act independently
  • The pertinent pages of the Trust Agreement showing the names of trustee(s) and grantor(s) signature(s) must be presented
  • The trustee(s) must sign or provide a Certification of Trust
  • Each Trustee must provide a valid form of ID

Identification Requirements

  • See table below for all acceptable forms of identification (ID) and requirements for opening an account
  • If your form of ID does not include your current residential address, you must provide proof of your residential address (e.g., Utility bill, bank or credit card statement, automobile insurance policy, etc.)
    • For Youth (ages 17 & under), acceptable proof of residential address includes educational institution transcript forms for the current school year or proof of residential address in the parent's name
